Sure Step Process

  1. First Call: Call us to discuss your requirements at a high level. If the challenges you're facing sound like something we may be able to help with, we'll move forward. If not, we will do our best to point you in the right direction for other solutions or alternatives.
  2. Qualification: It's critical that we have a good match so that your time is well spent and your goals are reached. At every step in this process we will share with you about whether we see a good "fit", and together we can decide to move forward or not.
  3. Plan Letter: So that everyone has a clear understanding of the path we'll be following together, your Account Manager will outline a "plan letter" that describes the remaining steps in the selection process. This will help you plan your resources, understand the timing of the project, and minimize any surprises along the way. The plan letter is updated and shared with key stakeholders on your team.
  4. Discovery: An experienced Solution Consultant (SC) will meet with you to talk through your issues, goals, and production processes. At the end of this phase, you and your SC will have a clearer understanding of the challenges and potential solutions. Many of our customers have found this process to be valuable in better understanding their own business issues and generating ideas for improving their company as well.
  5. Solution Presentation: Your SC will present the solution to you (online or on-site) at both a conceptual and detailed level. It is often helpful to use a sampling of your company's data so that you can really understand how the system will work for you. You will see the benefits that the software provides and decide whether to move forward and plan the implementation in detail.
  6. Implementation: Your SC will introduce you to your Application Consultant (AC) and update your AC on the details of your project. A detailed project plan is described and the project kickoff meeting is held. We work with you through the implementation and ensure that your people are trained on the software and processes.
  7. Highlighting Your Success: We offer a complimentary review of your production planning and scheduling process and with your input and our findings, our marketing team will write a case study highlighting how your company has overcome its challenges. You can then spread the word of your improvements within your company and to your supply chain partners to bring excitement to your whole team.
