Overview

Held in Atlanta, Georgia this year, Sage Summit still drew in thousands of customers and prospective customers despite the economic climate still plaguing businesses nationwide. Typically the largest gathering of Sage users and experts during the year, Sage Summit 2009 was no different. Attendees were given access to high-level seminars aimed at equipping them to thrive in a less-than-favorable economy, while partners were given the opportunity to exhibit their own products during the trade show, as well as give seminars to the attendees.

Venue

The Georgia World Congress Center is a large conference center conveniently located close to a number of hotels for easy access. Large exhibit halls facilitated a laid back atmosphere during the trade shows while smaller classroom-sized rooms brought high-level seminars down to a more personal, and interactive level. Many hotels offered discounted rates for attendees, both customers and partners located in Atlanta walking distance from Peachtree station and a number of other local attractions.
