Multiple files are containing a PostSimulationCustomization in a specific folder. Only one can be specified.

 
2002 Failed to load PostSimulationCustomizer from a specific file.  
2003 There is no Job in the Scenario with that specific External Id, so the status will not be updated in Shop Ops.  
2004 There is no Manufacturing Order with that specific External Id, so Shop Ops will not update the status.  
2005 There is no Operation with that specific External Id in for that Job and MO, so the status will not be updated in Shop Ops.  
2006 The Operation is not an Internal Operation, so the status will not be updated in Shop Ops.  
2007 The Activity with that specific External Id was not found in that Job, MO, and Op, so the status will not be updated in Shop Ops.  
2008 Not set up to handle this type of block in status segments.  
2009 Invalid Drag-Drop text. No valid DragDropType specified.

2011 The Gantt has no Un-hidden hours!

2036 Data Validation Error: The UsedDuring field of the Primary Resource Requirement must be greater than or equal to the Helper Resource Requirements.  The Primary Resource Requirement is used to calculate the length of different stages of production, so the primary resource requirement's UsedDuring must be greater than or equal to all the UsedDuring values of all the helper resources, so the length of different phases of an operation can be calculated correctly.
2037 A cycle appears to exist in this Path for the Manufacturing Order.  
2038 This is not a valid old UDF Type Name. Valid data types are String, Int, Long, Double, Decimal, DateTime, and Bool.
2039 The user field data value does not match the specified type. When adding a UDF, the value must have the data type specified.
2040 The specified value is not the correct type. Instead, it must be one of the following: string, int, long, double, decimal, bool, or DateTime. UDFs only accept the data type mentioned in error; please verify that the value matches one of them.
2041 Input string contains more than the maximum of two space-separated values.  
2042 Input string contains one value that is not a time or day. This means that the field requires DateTime data type values. First, check to see that all values have the correct format. 
2043 GanttRowHeightFactor must be between 1 and 10, inclusive.  
2044 Must specify at least 1 for the Number of Resources.   
2045 Transmission error. {0} has been specified more than once.  
2046 Invalid DbCommand object type.  
2048 The Required Property in the table for the Transmission is null.  
2049 InternalActivityUpdateT contains no ActivityStatusUpdate objects. It must contain at least one.  
2050 Invalid value. NbrOfPeople must be greater than zero. In the Job Dialog Operation | Status tab, the Nbr of People field must be greater than zero. 

 

Error Codes 2051 - 2100

Error Code Description Solution
2051 An Item's transfer quantity cannot be less than 0.

The Transfer Quantity value of the item must be equal to t or greater than 0.

2052 An item with ExternalId '{0}' has a non-positive BatchSize. The Batch Size value of the item must be equal to or greater than 0.
2053 An item with ExternalId '{0}' has negative MinNbrBatches. The Min Batch Size value of the item must be equal to or greater than 0.
2054 An item with ExternalId '{0}' has non-positive MaxNbrBatches. The Max Batch Size value of the item must be equal to or greater than 0.
2055 An item with ExternalId '{0}' has a non-positive BatchWindow. The Batch Window value of the item must be equal to or greater than zero.
2056 Item with ExternalId '{0}' has MinNbrBatches > MaxNbrBatches. The MinNbrBatches value cannot be greater than the MaxNbrBatches value. 
2057 An item with ExternalId '{0}' has a JobAutoSplitQty that's less than the MinOrderQty.  
2058 You cannot add an operation more than once to an alternate path. Path {0} already contains Operation {1}.  
2059 Operation {0} already contains a Material Requirement with ExternalId '{1}' and ItemExternalId '{2}'.  
2060 Operation {0} already contains a Product with ExternalId '{1}'. This error indicates that a product is being duplicated in the job.
2061 Operation {0} already has Operation {1} as its predecessor. It can't be added again. When establishing predecessor and successor operations, the same operation cannot be added twice.
2062 Operation '{0}' Required Finish Quantity is {1}. It must be greater than zero. The Required Finish Qty of an operation cannot be less than or equal to 0. Please specify a value greater than zero. 
2063 Operation {0} already contains an MR for item {1}  
2064 You are trying to specify the resource requirement as the primary requirement isn't part of the requirement set. You need to add the resource requirement to the requirement before making it the primary resource requirement.  
2065 Could not add Resource Requirement to Operation with ExternalId '{0}' because it already contains a Resource Requirement with ExternalId '{1}'.  
2066 Could not set Primary Resource Requirement for operation '{0}' because the Operation has no Resource Requirements.  
2067 Primary Resource Requirement ExternalId '{0}' for operation '{1}' is not a valid Resource Requirement (You can also set it to '-1' to use the first Resource Requirement.

2078 Operation with ExternalId '{0}', Name '{1}', doesn't have its primary resource requirement set. When creating a job, the Primary Resource Requirement must be specified.
2079 Operation with ExternalId '{0}', Name '{1}': Required finish quantities don't match. InternalOperation.RequiredFinishQty={2}, but total of InternalActivity.RequiredFinishQty={3}.  
2080 There were {0} activities. The list of activities is below.  
2081 {0}. Acitivity External ID={1}, RequiredFinishQty={2}  
2082 ResourceRequirement with ExternalId '{0}' has a blank Capability. When adding a Resource Requirement, at least one Capability must be specified. The Capability field cannot be blank. 
2083 Duplicate Capability with ExternalId '{0}' for ResourceRequirement with ExternalId '{1}'. Capabilities can only be specified once under the Resource Requirements tab.
2084 The Color Code value and the Color Code RGB values are both filled in. Thus, only one method of the color specification can be used for anyone Job.  
2085 Job '{0}' contains no Manufacturing Orders. When creating a new Job (manually or via import), at least one Manufacturing Order 
(MO) must be assigned to the Job. 
2086 Job '{0}' had a Validation Exception. {1} {2}  
2089 Data Validation Error: Resource Requirement's Attention Percent value was not invalid range from 1 to 100.  
2090 Data Validation Error: primary Resource Requirement's Used During value could not be validated. Make sure a valid primary Resource Requirement exists, and its Used During field is set correctly.  
2091 The RequiredFinishQty, {0}, for Activity '{1}' is less than zero. It must be greater than or equal to zero. The Required Finish Quantity of the Activity cannot be less than zero. Change this to a value greater than or equal to zero. 
2092 Invalid object type received in ConfiguratorControl.  
2093 Batch Operation '{0}' QtyPerContainer is less than or equal to zero.  
2094 LeadTimeSpan of operation '{0}' is less than or equal to 0.  
2095 SubcontractorExternalId of operation '{0}' is not set.  
2096 Job '{0}' was specified more than once in this transmission.  
2097 The MO Product Color can only be specified by the ARGB values OR the ProductColor field, not both.  
2098 An Operation with ExternalId='{0}' was already added to Manufacturing Order with ExternalId='{1}'.  
2099 AlternatePath {0} for Manufacturing Order {1} has no operations. Alternate Paths specify the precedence relationships between operations; therefore, operations are required to add Alternate Paths in a Manufacturing Order.
2100 Operation {0} hasn't been added to Manufacturing Order {1}'s set of operations, so it cannot be included in the Path.  

 

Error Codes 2101 - 2150

Error Code Description Solution
2101 Path {0} has circularities in it. An example of circularity is operation A feeding operation B and operation B feeding operation A. When setting the Alternate Path, the predecessor and successor operations cannot refer to each other. 
2102 Manufacturing Order '{0}' contains no operations. A Manufacturing Order must have at least one Operation. 
2103 Manufacturing Order '{0}' has no paths.  
2104 Manufacturing Order '{0}' has a zero or negative value for Required Quantity. The Manufacturing Order must contain a Required Quantity greater than 0.
2105 Manufacturing Order '{0}' has an invalid Path. {1}  
2106 Manufacturing Order '{0}' has multiple Paths with the same ExternalId: {1} The External Id for each path must be a unique value within the Manufacturing Order. 
2107 Operation '{0}' is specified in a path but isn't defined in Manufacturing Order '{1}'. When setting up a Path, both the Predecessor and Successor Operations must be found in the Manufacturing Order where the Path is being created.
2108 QtyPerCycle of operation with ExternalId '{0}', Name '{1}', Description={2} is less than or equal to 0. The QtyPerCycle value for an Operation must be greater than 0, indicating the amount produced in each cycle. 
2109 Duplicate Product Rule: ProductItemExternalId '{0}', PlantExternalId '{1}', DepartmentExternalId '{2}', ResourceExternalId '{3}', OperationName '{4}'  
2110 CycleSpan must be positive if being used.  
2111 PlanningScrapPercent must be greater than or equal to zero and less than 100.  
2112 SetupSpan must be non-negative.  
2113 PostProcessingSpan must be non-negative.  
2114 QtyPerCycle must be greater than zero. Change the value of the QtyPerCycle field, which is found under the Operation | General tab of the Job dialog. Give it a value greater than zero.
2115 PurchaseToStock ItemExternalId is blank. It must be at least one character long. Change the value of the ItemExternalId in the Purchase to Stock dialog. This can be done by clicking on the little square next to the textbox under the Item column.
2116 PurchaseToStock WarehouseExternalId is blank. It must be at least one character long. The WarehouseExternalId is a required field. It must have a value that corresponds to the Warehouse`s External Id. 
2117 Duplicate Line Number='{1}' in Sales Order with ExternalId='{0}'.  
2118 An invalid, null value for Sales Order LineNumber. The SalesOrder LineNumber is a required field, so it cannot be blank. Therefore, please input a value for the LineNumber. 
2119 Invalid null or blank value for Sales Order ItemExternalId. The Sales Order ItemExternalId is a required field, so it cannot be blank. Therefore, please input a value for the ItemExternalId. 
2120 User Field with the name '{0}' no longer exists.  
2121 Object with Id={0} was not found in the system.  
2122 The ExternalId {0} is already in use. Instead, please enter a unique value. The ExternalID fields are primary keys to the objects where they are specified. Therefore, these should be unique identifiers. Because of that, they cannot be duplicated. 
2123 {0} {1} already contains an Attribute with Name='{2}'  
2124 Change Order with Id '{0}' does not exist for Job {1}  
2125 Error when modifying the published database to match the dataset. It may be missing SQL Server Management Objects (SMO).  
2126 ScenarioManager couldn't perform the requested action on Scenario '{0}' because it is not part of the system.  
2127 ScenarioManager couldn't delete scenario '{0}' because it is the Live scenario.  
2128 Scenario '{0}' cannot be deleted because it is in use by {1} user(s).  
2129 Scenario '{0}' cannot be deleted because it is not a What-If Scenario, and the instigating User is not a Master Scheduler.  
2130 Scenario '{0}' cannot be deleted because the instigating User did not create it, and the User is not a Master Scheduler.

2157 The target resource could not be found in the system, so the Share could not be performed.  
2158 Invalid move times specified. End time is not after start time.  
2159 The Nbr Of People is <=0.  
2160 The start time {0} of the interval is greater than or equal to the interval's end-time {1}.  
2161 The End Date of the ResourceCapacity Interval is the same as or earlier than the Start Date.

Error Codes 2201 - 2250

2203 ManufacturingOrderExternalId not set. This cannot yet be handled.  
2204 The ManufacturingOrder couldn't be found.  
2208 Job {0} not Deleted by the Transmission due to the System Option preventing Delete of Started Jobs.  
2209 Job {0} not Deleted by the Transmission due to the System Option preventing Delete of Jobs scheduled in the Stable Span.  
2210 The delete wasn't performed because not all the jobs in the deletion list were found.  
2211 Change Order with Id={0} does not exist for Job with Id={1}  
2212 Job '{0}' Could not be found.  
2213 The action couldn't be performed because a Job with id {0} was not found in the Scenario.  
2214 The manufacturing order doesn't contain any paths.

2224 Warehouse {0} cannot be deleted because it is in use by Job {1}, MO {2}, Op {3}, Material Requirement {4}. Once a Job uses an Item as a Material Requirement from a specific Warehouse, that Warehouse cannot be deleted. Instead, the user can either delete the Job using the Item, move the Item selected as the Material Requirement to a different warehouse, or use Items from a different Warehouse. 
2225 Warehouse {0} cannot be deleted because it is in use by Job {1}, MO {2}, Op {3}, Product {4}. Once  Job uses an Item as a Product, the Warehouse where this Item is located cannot be deleted. Instead, the user can either delete the Job, move the Item selected as a Product to a different Warehouse, or use Items from a different Warehouse.
2227 Item {0} cannot be deleted because it is in use by Job {1}, MO {2}, Op {3}, Material Requirement {4}. If a Job is using an item as a Material Requirement, this ITem cannot be deleted.
2228 Item {0} cannot be deleted because it is in use by Job {1}, MO {2}, Op {3}, Product {4}. If an item is being used as a Product by a Job, this Item cannot be deleted. 
2229 Manufacturing Order \'{0}\' is not valid. It has {1} Operations, but the License Key only permits one.  
2230 Manufacturing Order \'{0}\' is not valid. It has {1} Material Requirements, but the License Key does not permit them. Material Requirements can be unchecked in the Interface Mappings Wizard.  
2231 Manufacturing Order \'{0}\' is not valid. It has {1} Products, but the License Key does not permit them. Products can be unchecked in the Interface Mappings Wizard.  
2232 Not set up to copy operations that are not Resource Operations.

This error can be due to values violating the types of the defined values in a published table. For example:

If a UDF was manually added in a specified version, the UDF needs to be re-added when the instance is upgraded to a later version. Additionally, this error will automatically appear when changing the <display in UI> parameter from 'TURE' to 'FALSE. Therefore, a UI refresh should get rid of this error.

 

Error Codes 4401 - 4450

Error Code Description Solution
4444 The job failed to schedule because the activity was locked to a resource that it can’t schedule anymore. An attempt to schedule it was made on a resource that wasn’t connected to the resource the activity was locked to. The lock on the activity has been cleared. The job might be schedulable now. If additional activities have this problem, they will be cleared one by one as attempts to schedule the job are made. Multiple attempts to schedule the job may be necessary to clear all the locks.  
4446 Error updating user interface. This error is most likely benign and can be resolved by refreshing the user interface.
