Calculation

This Qtr Revenue KPI = For all Jobs where Job.Finished = true or Job.ScheduledStatus = true and Job.ScheduledEndDate < APS.ThisQtrEnd, SUM(Job.Revenue)

The daily average of total Manufacturing Order Required Quantities of Jobs ending in the Short Term.

Calculation

Daily Production (units) KPI = For all Jobs where Job.ScheduledStatus = Scheduled and end before the ShortTermEndDate, SUM(ManufacturingOrder.RequiredQty where ManufacturingOrder.Finished = false) / System.ShortTermSpanLength

The percent of Jobs that are Late.

The number of Jobs that are scheduled to finish after their Need DateTime.

Schedule Span (days) KPI

The total time, expressed in calendar hours, from the start of the schedule to the end of the final job.

Calculation

Scheduled Span (days) KPI = Job.ScheduledEndDate – APS.ClockDate where Job is the final Job on the schedule

  • APS.ClockDate – This is the beginning of the schedule.

 

Late Jobs Revenue

The revenue created by Jobs that are late.

Calculation

Late Jobs Revenue = SUM(Job.Revenue) if Job is late

On-Time Sales Orders (%)

Percent of scheduled Sales Order Jobs on-time.

Calculation

Only include Jobs that have Classification=Sales Order and ScheduledStatus=Scheduled and Late=False

Late Sales Order Revenue

The sum of Revenue from Sales Order Jobs that are scheduled late.

Calculation

Only include Jobs that have Classification=Sales Order and ScheduledStatus=Scheduled and Late=True

Late Units

Sum Job Quantities across all Late, non-cancelled (open) Jobs.

Calculation

If Job.Late && Job.Open, sum the job quantity.
