License error after moving APS to a new server

When moving APS to a new server, licenses using System ID will need to be updated

Version 11.x.x

You can find your System ID by opening the instance manager on the server where PlanetTogether is installed, and selecting the Server Managers button in the toolbar:

This will open a window that will show your System ID:

Version 2016.10.21.2 and earlier

You can find the new System ID on your PlanetToegther server by opening your Instance Manager, selecting the instance in with the license error, and clicking the Edit button in the toolbar. From here you will need to navigate to the Services tab:

You will need to send this System ID, along with your serial code, to support@planettogether.com and our team will update your license with the new ID.
