Loading a Recording File into PlanetTogether

The following article will walk you through the steps on how to load a recording file into an instance of PT.

  1. Open the Instance Manager

  2. Double-click the instance from the instance manager (or select the instance and click the 'Edit' button).
  3. Go to the "Recordings" tab.
  4. Select "RecordingClientDelayed" as the System Start-up Type.
  5. Click "Browse" and browse to the location of the Recording Folder you want to load into PlanetTogether. Click "Apply".
  6. Go to the "Services" tab to start all of the services. Save and Close.
  7. Open the instance.
  8. In PlanetTogether, hold [Ctrl]+[Alt] and click on the bell icon in the lower-left corner.
  9. A small command window will appear. Type "de" then hit [Enter] to finish the line. Then type "pbs" and hit [Enter]. Every time you type a "pbs", a different action from the recording file will be performed automatically.
