Plan, Execute, and Learn in One Loop
Most plants plan in one place and work in another. CAI PlanetTogether builds a schedule around your real constraints. CAI Parsable guides the work on the floor and records what actually happened. Together, every plan starts from reality.

What is the CAI PlanetTogether and CAI Parsable bundle?
The CAI PlanetTogether and CAI Parsable bundle pairs advanced planning and scheduling (APS) with a connected worker platform. CAI PlanetTogether decides what to run, where, and when, based on real constraints. CAI Parsable guides frontline teams through the work and records what happened, so each new plan starts from reality instead of assumptions.

Your schedule is only as good as your last snapshot of reality
In many plants, the plan lives in a spreadsheet or on a whiteboard, and the work happens on paper or in someone's head. When a changeover runs long, a line goes down, or a quality hold delays the next run, planning often hears about it hours or days later, after someone re-keys it by hand.
Spreadsheets, whiteboards, or an ERP that doesn't model sequence-dependent setups and cleanouts.
Paper checklists, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge that differ from shift to shift
Real changeover times, downtime reasons, and quality outcomes reach planning late, or never.
ERP systems tell you what to do. CAI Parsable tells you how to do it, and what happened.

What you gain with the full loop
Connected worker customers have seen up to a 10x reduction in non-productive wait time.
Sequence work to minimize setup time, then standardize how each changeover is executed.
Faster, more accurate schedules mean more reliable delivery dates.
Find bottlenecks in the plan, then remove waste in the work.
See what happened, when, and why, instead of waiting for a manual report.

Frequently asked questions
Are CAI PlanetTogether and CAI Parsable integrated today?
They are two proven products from CAI Software that we are bringing together. The first connection point we are building toward is turning changeovers, cleanouts, and maintenance windows scheduled in CAI PlanetTogether into jobs executed in CAI Parsable. Contact our team for the current status and roadmap.
What is the difference between CAI PlanetTogether and CAI Parsable?
CAI PlanetTogether is advanced planning and scheduling software: it decides what to run, where, and when. CAI Parsable is a connected worker platform: it guides frontline teams through the work and records what actually happened.
Do I need an APS if I already have an ERP?
In most complex plants, yes. ERPs are strong at transactions but are not built for fast, constraint-based scheduling. CAI PlanetTogether fills that gap and integrates with ERPs including IFS, SAP, Oracle + NetSuite, Plex, QAD, Epicor, Infor, and SYSPRO.
How long does implementation take?
For CAI PlanetTogether, implementation typically takes one to three months, depending on data readiness and the time your team can dedicate. For CAI Parsable, teams usually start with a few quick-win use cases and can begin rollout through an app-store download. Deeper back-end integrations can come later.
Can CAI PlanetTogether schedule multiple plants?
Yes. It supports any number of plants with multiple planners working at the same time, scheduled independently or as interdependent sites.
Does CAI Parsable use AI?
Yes. AIPA, its AI-powered analytics, is available today and answers plain-language questions about your execution data. Parsabot and SOP Intelligent Creator are coming soon.
Can my team build its own digital procedures in CAI Parsable?
Yes. The builder is no-code, and edits publish to the next execution of that procedure.
Is CAI PlanetTogether cloud or on-premise?
The server can be hosted in the cloud or on-premise. The scheduling client is installed locally for performance, and a web application covers analytics.
Which languages does CAI PlanetTogether support?
English (US and GB), French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese (Simplified and PRC), Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Indonesian, Polish, and Turkish.
How do I know if my plant is ready for APS software?
APS may be worth evaluating if planners rebuild schedules manually, ERP/MRP dates do not reflect what the plant can run, or frequent changes in orders, materials, labor, or downtime force constant rescheduling.
