During the week of November 10- 14 the PlanetTogether Sales & Services A-Team, Scott McMartin, Sales & Ron Smith, Client Services met with our client & partner network in Belgium & Germany. For the past ten years, PlanetTogether has been building a base of success primarily in North America with some partners in Europe & Asia. Many of our clients expanded their operations globally & have multiple plants in several countries. In effect, we have determined key initiatives to building out our sales & support capabilities on a more global basis between now and 2020.
This year, we will be increasing our partner network, which will be crucial to selling, implementing & supporting Galaxy, worldwide. To ensure success with this initiative, PlanetTogether asked Cees Molenaar, Director of Marketing to take on this strategically important role of developing & managing our channel partners.

Updated Client:
A new program has been created to make it easier to sign into Galaxy. This APS Sign-In program can be downloaded separately from the server installation and is easy to install and use for local and remote clients.
Active Directory login is supported. When upgrading Galaxy APS server versions, the clients will not need to be updated; the APS Sign-in program will recognize new installs.
KPI Visibility:
New options are available for KPIs and can be configured in the KPI screen "Visibility" option. KPIs can now be hidden from the system, including the plot. KPI colors can now be changed. When comparing scenarios, hidden KPIs will not be shown on the graph for better readability.
Additional Improvements:
We added new features to move multiple activities simultaneously. Additional information can be found on our Downloads Page under "Version Details."
A helpful tip when trying to change what given week or month you’re looking at in Galaxy APS is to flipping pages in a book. Turning the page to the left advances you through the book, turning pages to the right regresses you through the book.
